This was a collaborative process that involved everyone in our agency. After the Strategy team conducted user research and the Campaign and Marketing team finalised the new brand identity, my team worked on the content structure and wireframed early solutions. Each designer then created their own variations of the UI (five in total) which were reviewed, tested and eventually combined into a single creative direction.
In the final stage of this project, I refined our UI concepts and expanded the scope to cover all pages of the site. I then prepared the files, facilitated the handover and oversaw the development process with an external agency.
The website went live in summer 2020 and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our clients and stakeholders!
